I plan on registering at Bed, Bath and Beyond but don't know whether the second one should be Fortunoff or Macy's....which are you using. Any good or bad experiences?

Fortunoff and Macy's basically have the same items but I prefer Fortunoff and thats who I registered with along with Crate & Barrel. I didn't experience any problems although you may find certain items to become discontinued but I guess thats expected with any store.

I loved using Fortunoff my experience with them was great and they accept coupons from other stores as long as the other store carries the item you are buying and they match prices also.

Macy's is definitely more convenient but I prefer Fortunoffs and that's who I'm going to use.

I had a lot of issues with Macy's and cancelled my Macy's registry. But, that's going back a few years now and they seem to have cleaned up their act.
My registry ended up being exclusively at Fortunoff. Prior to the wedding, we were treated like gold. Once that wedding day was passed, we were treated like trash. Everything became pure misery.
With all of the new incentives that Macy's is offering, I'd say to go with Macy's.

I went with Macy's b/c i have a lot of OOT guests and Macy's is affliated everywhere outside this area - Fortunoff is not.

I highly recommend Macy's. Since people get gift cards in addition to where you register, Macy's has a lot more choices in the end for using them. With all the duplicates and gift cards and returns we had, we bought ourselves a couch.
