no one bought anything from it I got a ton of gifts & I love everything so I don't want to sound ungrateful but I can't believe no one bouught me anything from there. Alll my dishes, glasses, bedding, bathroom stuff were there. I also registered at Bed, Bath & beyond & everyone bought stuff there. jus thought I should let the future brides know. Did this happen to anyone else registered there?

also.....there are more BBBs than fortunoffs. i know alot of people who com einto my store ( i work at BBB) say they didnt wanna travel to fortunoffs thats why they came there. They also carry some of the same items!

i had only a few things purchased from my fortunoff registry. mostly everything came from BBB. are you sure nothing came from fortunoff? how do you know? if you look online at your registry, it will only list whats still available, it doesnt change the quantity to 0 if someone buys something.

I had most people purchase from BBB as well. It was easier for them and there are more locations.

We got most of our gifts from BBB & Macys, only four fortunoff gift. Fortunoffs made so many mistakes with our registry, (Four times I might add) that we are glad about not getting many gifts from there, besides we took many off and switched it to BBB & Macys after there registry disaster, it made it so much easier for the guests to buy at BBB & Macys, more store, more sales.

Do you have a lot of out of town guests? I have heard that Fortunoffs is only in New York. And i don't think that there are many of them either.

we made the decision not to register at fortunoff's since most of our guests are OOT and don't live anywhere near the island. it was much easier for us to register at macy's and williams-sonoma, which are national chains.
can you move some stuff over to your registry at BBB?

We registered at BB&B, Fortunoff and Bloomingdales. Almost all of our gifts came from our BB&B registry.

Maybe its b/c there are alot of BBBs and only 1 Fortunoff on LI. BBB has coupons, but I heard Fortunoff honors them, but most people dont know that.

We had a lot of out of town guests and they all bought gifts from Fortunoff via the internet. And all the local people bought from Fortunoff. I did china and glasses, bedding and bathroom from Fortunoff,, mostly kitchen stuff from bed bath and beyond.
