Fortunoff today

FH and I decided to drive over to the Circuit City in Westbury. . .only to spend almost 90 MINUTES looking for a parking space. And it was all because of Fortunoff's liquidation.

There's a lot of stock on the floor, and a crazy amount of people trying to buy it. Seriously, I have NEVER seen Fortunoff that crowded EVER.

FH was getting upset when we left because 'our kids will never know what Fortunoff or Linens and Things are. . .they're going to think that they're these crazy '90s and 2000s stores!' EVERYBODY on LI has a Fortunoff memory. . .

Oh, the liquidation prices aren't great yet. Wait another couple of weeks (if you don't have a gift card to use by tomorrow) and the percentage off should be MUCH lower.

Was anybody else there today?

P.S. I have a REALLY BAD HABIT of posting something without posing a question with it. Humor me if that happens!!!
