Why is it that everytime I sign on here it tells me I have new forum mail and there is nothing in my inbox?

i've read about this happening a lot to many other girls on here. it hasn't happened to me yet but it seems like they're having some sort of technical problem.
has not happened to me but i am still having trouble changing from board fanatic to a cute saying- i went under my acct but does not seem to be working

you can change it when you reach 1000 posts![]()
Maybe it's a newbie thing? That happened to me when I was new
