Found my dream reception hall!

My fiance and I literally looked at 15 different places... I fell in love with Lombardis on the sound.. BUT my fiance and mother did not have the same feelings as i did... sooo finally last night my mother agreed to book it today (lombardis never got back to her) but she asked me to look at other places.. i did not want to hear the sales pitch again but i agreed.. we went to 3 different places and by the last one we were just like forget it..THEN i had an appt at carlye on the green and forgot about it .. i was looking through the wedding book for places and at the exact moment i turned to carlye on the greens pg she called to tell me i had a 7:30 there ...it was wierd..so we were coincidently right near bethpage so as we walked in and stepped into the ballroom we immediatly looked at eachother and said this is the place!! its so nice that my fiance and I both fell in love with a place... anyway i just wanted to share my story with other newly engaged girls that are about fed up with the hall searching.. you will find your perfect place!!

Wasn't that like one of the greatest moments!?!?!? The exact same thing happened when we walked into the WGP at the Fox Hollow! Congrats and let the rest of the planning begin!

yeah its a great feeling! my fiance loved the fox hollow as well but we would have to have it at the garden terrace room and i really loved the winter garden so thats what made us keep looking ..David is a great guy though he talked with us for about 2 hrs and was extremely accomadating.. good luck and congrats!!

My future brother and sister in law got married there last August and it is amazing!!! I just recently saw their video and it just brought me back to how beautiful it was and the views!

thank you thats great to hear!! hey any pros cons from people that have been to weddings there or have booked?? its not booked yet im bringing my mother there on sun so any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated!!!
