Found the Dream Dress. Need Help!

OK Ladies. I thought I had found 'the' dress at Priscilla of Boston until I tried on dresses @ Kleinfeld. This dress was the first dress I tried on and I immediately started to tear up. That's a sign, right? well, the attendant was extremely pushy and the dress was a bit out of my parent's price range and honestly, I feel like my parents have been extremely generous and I don't want to take advantage. I wanted some time to think about it.

With that being said, there is a Monique Lhuillier trunk sale at both Saks in NYC and in Short Hills.

This is where I need everyone's expertise.

True or false: do you get 10% if you open a Saks Card on a wedding dress and do you get an ADDITIONAL 10% during a trunk show?

AND is there no sales tax on wedding dresses in NJ? If so, I will go out to Short Hills to buy this dress.

i do know you get 10% off when you open a card that day, and you get 15% off dresses at a trunk show, will they combine it? im not sure i would check trunk show policies, sometimes they say that you can't add other offers to the discount, but who knows. Best way of knowing is to call up and ask.

you defiantly get the 10% off when you open the Saks card because I did, but you have to put the entire purchase on the card.

But I'm not sure with the additional 10% because I didn't go during a drunk show.

Saks Short hills, NO sales tax!

WHen i went to saks, i remember them telling me that the trunk show discount and the opening of a store card would be VALID on wedding gowns

Plus if you can save tax in NJ that is amazing
go for it!
