Just wondering how many of you ladies thought you found your dress in photo form first, tried it on and were right?!
I think I've found my dress, but it's not even out yet. I saw a photo of it and fell in love with it. I know it could look bad on me, but wondering what the likelihood is that it will be THE dress.

This happened for me. I had never seen something in a magazine or catalog before and loved it to have it actually fulfill my expectations but it happened with my wedding dress.

not me-- i had pulled TONS of photos, but nothing was exactly like the one I ended up picking. Some had elements of it, but there were definitely a lot of styles I liked that weren't as flattering on me

I did! But I had a couple picked out and one of my other choices happened to be really disappointing in person. I didn't want a lot of bling so my other option was boring when I put it on but loooved the one I got!

i did! I tried on SO many dresses and while i liked them all i didn't LOVE any of them. When the White by Vera Wang line came out i saw my dress and knew i would love it and i did!

I was actually the exact opposite! I was obsessed with a dress in a picture and was not openminded when I went shopping and I regretted that. So I took a few months, went back and found a dress I never would have thought I would want!

This!! i was in LOVE with a dress from a photo for months (even before i got engaged) and when i finlly went to try it on, the style was just all wrong. my dress is perfect and totally not what i thought i wanted
