I''m getting married in September 2002.. My FI and I are very happy with the facilities and decor at Fountainhead...
However, they asked us to sign the contract when we put down the deposit, which is before the tasting..
I want to hear about more about this site before we make the deposit..
Would anyone share some information with me?
Grealy appreciated!! Thank you!

Fountainhead in New Rochelle
My parent's friend's daughter was married there this past fall and my parents still rave about it. In fact, my mom still complains to me because I'm not getting married there. I thought it was beautiful, and they were really nice to work with. The only reason we didnt choose it is because we decided that we wanted to get married in a temple.
But if you liked it, you should absolutely go for it! (My mom will be jealous :-) )

I went to a wedding there in September. The service and food was great. The only thing I found annoying was the cocktail hour lines were very long and the percentage of people who could sit down was smaller than average. If you have lots of elderly people coming, try to get them to set up some extra tables. This was a family wedding and most family members are over 75. They had to take turns eating because they could not stand and eat while holding a plate (and had no place to rest a drink).
Best of luck!

House florist - Fountainhead in New Rochelle
Thanks for sharing the experiences. It's helpful to know that the guests enjoyed the banquet. And, the banqeut manager I dealt with seemed to be very helpful and professional..
However, they do require to use their house florist... Does anyone has any experience dealing with house florist??
