As if this whole process hasn't been crazy enough with some owners dying and worries over whether these places will take my money and run, I hear that the owner of the Fountainhead was arrested or badly affiliated? Is this true? And if so, what's the deal?

If you worried about the ownership of 95% of the caterers you would be having your wedding in a church basement Who cares and don't worry then have been in bussiness forever and will continue so don listen to negatives.
