I.was re reading my contact last night and think it said we only get a shuttle if 10 rooms r booked??? Is that true?? I'm worried now!!

Also what time did you schedule the shuttle for??

We negotiated it so that the shuttle is free with ten rooms booked and then there is a charge (based on how many rooms are booked) if we dont hit the ten. But we do not have to go with the shuttle if its not free

Our ceremony begins at 730, with a hospitality hr going on before hand so I put ~6:25-7P for pick up and ~1:15A-2A for drop off. I wrote in on the contract that timing will be confirmed as the date draws neared

The shuttle is free with.10 rooms on mine too but I didn't realize if we don't hit the 10 we have to play.....do u know how much?
