I am planning my sisters bridal shower and was thinking of Four food studio in melville. I called today but they are not usually open on sunday but were there for a private party. I will call back tomorrow but in the meantime, has anyone ever had a private party there? If so how much did you pay per person??

I was suppose to go to a bachelorette dinner there and it would have been 60$ each for appts and drinks and that was 1 year ago. I am not sure what else was included b/c I didn't end up going.

They are very exspensive per person for a private party but the food is really good

They are pretty pricey and think you need a high minimum. But I had looked into an evening shower...so daytime might be much different

From what I have heard Four is supposed to be very good. While the menu can be pricey it's rumored to be worth every penny. Recently, they have also opened up a sister restaurant called 'TWO' which is a steakhouse I believe. That has also been getting rave reviews from many Long Island foodies and critics.
The main goal of Four is to have a trendy, Manhattan styled restaurant/bar on Long Island. It's a good concept and people really do seem to love it.

i went to Four once and was completely underwhelmed. The food was bland and the chicken was kind of dry. The food should be WAY better considering the price.
Then again, everyone else i know who's been there had an amazing time so maybe my experience was just a fluke

I have been there to drink but food wise I was not impressed.......it was overpriced and not really that good.
I'm sure you can find something just as nice!!!! Its very nice atmosphere, but def. not great for food.....
