Four Seasons Maui

we stayed there for our honeymoon, it was the last island before going home. i loved the place. i was alittle disapoointed with our room location we had oceanview but we were far back fromthe ocean and we could see it from our balcony but we were over the front area where the cars pull in. But the whole resort is awesome. i dont remember if they bumped us w\b/c of our honeymoon. I remember one hotel did but cant remember which one.
You will love it.
Book the spa well in advance. We did the couple's massage in the hut near the ocean and it was awesome.
Try the drink Mojito, it was awesome.
As far as the room goes, anywhere would be nice. If your tight on $ go for garden view, the middle of the resort has beautiful landscaped garden with bushes sculptured into different things.
The exercise room is half outdoors facing tropical plantings and the pool/ocean area. It was great.
Oh, I am jealous. I want to go back. I would definitely go back again and again.
We loved the italian restaurant on the restaurant. It faces the ocean is outdoors. Reserve early in the evening so you can watch the sunset, beautiful. The food is excellent.
Also, we missed out on the best luai b/c it books up fast. Book from home before you go. I forget the name, if you call the resort and speak with the consierge desk they will tell you the name and number to reserve it. I heard it is really authentic. We went to the Marriot one and to me seemed very commercialized. I like to experience the original native things when traveling. So book early.
