I heard if you get married on a Friday the 13th you can use that as a bargaining chip. I also heard getting married on the Jewish holiday will save you money also.
I'm getting married Columbus Day weekend, but I don't think that saved me anything.

When we originally want the Sunday of Memorial Weekend I think some places charged a few bucks more than the normal Sunday but we figures that anyway

im gettin married saturday of memorial day weekend..we got a great deal to begin with so i dont know if we actually 'saved' but we are doing it during the afternoon rather than night
