It looks like Fox's Joe Millionaire franchise is heading toward bankruptcy. According to preliminary ratings, the much-hyped second installment debuted last night with a major thud, ranking fifth in its timeslot! And the news only gets worse for Fox: the series premiere of Skin at 9 pm/ET lost 13 percent of Joe's paltry audience. On the bright side, The O.C. returns next week!
