We are in the largest room garden terrace and the gardens are exclusive to us that day, and our cocktail hour is right outside. thing is if theres another wedding that day where is their cocktail hour?
it is my understanding that whoever books the large room gets the outside terrace with their package..therefore the night of your wedding..the other wedding is not aloud on those grounds and their ch is inside.
Other weddings/events can have thier CH in either the Rose Hunt room or the Winter Garden Room...there's also another room upstairs for a CH.
I believe that if you are in the Garden Terrace and you are not having your CH outside, that your CH is in the Briar Fox room. The wedding times are staggered because they will likely be a reception in the Briar Fox later that same night (usually like a hour later).
That is correct, because that is what I am having!
