Fox Hollow ????

My fiancé was told that if we have the wedding on a Saturday evening we won’t be able to have a outdoor ceremony?? Are there any other way around it or not?? I mean we have a lot of people coming from out of town and would like to have everything at the same place, so they don’t have to travel around.
