Does anyone else find it extremely difficult to reach the person in charge of setting up the appointments for menu and linen selections? I believe her name is jennifer. I called her three times and left messages each time and she has yet to get back to me. I have been trying to reach her for about three weeks now. So frustrating.

They will call you to set up that appointment and it's done a lot closer to your wedding date.
You also have to keep in mind that it's the Holiday Season, and a lot of people are out on vacation.

Thanks, I was getting a little frantic for a bit. Someone from pwp had called me and after my follow up phone call they had told me that I needed to set up my appointment with jen, if I hadn't done so. But everytime they transfered me over I got her voicemail. I called fox hollow and was told that she was in, but away from her desk. But she never got back to me any of those times.
So do they usally call a month or so before the wedding?

i had an issue with jennifer not getting back to me and i called and spoke to someone else and complained and said if she cant get back to me for question about payment why would i be able to trust her with the planning of a menu etc.....long story short im going to be dealing with someone else at fox hollow instead of her now
