i was just curious as to how many of you who r getting married or have gotten married at fox hollow got a free room at the inn?we didnt get one and to be honest i was a little surprised but we r just going to pay to stay there anyway but i though they should have thrown a room in

We're getting one, but I had to move my wedding date to get it.
You can always try to win one at the Perfect Wedding Planner Bridal Showcase the next one is October 1st at Fox Hollow.

I'm not getting a room. I think if you have a sunday wedding you get a room or during the off season you can get one. I'm getting married in october and a sat night though!

they only give you it in the offseason. i was originally going to book my wedding in march and got the free room but when i changed it to june they said i couldnt have it anymore

Same situation here. Originally I wanted Nov/Dec and no room was included. Now that I am January, they gave us a room.

We got married on a Saturday night in July - they pretty much told us no chance on the room, haha.
October is now part of 'wedding season', I think they only give rooms in Jan., Feb., or March.

Yeah, no free room if you don't book in Jan, Feb, March or the very beginning of April.

We didn't get one. We were a Saturday in April. From what I understood, you get it if you get married on a Sunday or in January, February or March.
I could be wrong though!

I'd call the hotel to see if you're in the system because they told me I had a room and when I called to book rooms the other day- guess what?! I wasn't in the system. SO after playing phone tag with numerous people- finally my BM told me he would take care of it- so i'll try again tomorrow and see if he really did.

The Fox Hollow is very victorian like.... I am booked for the Fall on Sunday and they also gave us a complimentary room.. We decided to take the offer.. why not:

BTW I called to make sure my reservation was in the system & it was with no problems & she gave me the confirmation number just in case. LOVE THEM!

first we were told we got one, then we were told we didn't. DH ended up speaking to someone and then we got it. I think it depends on the time of year, your banquet manager, and if you get it in writing or not.

i actually called today bc i got nervous. they had me in the system for dec 5th of this year! ah but luckily its cleared up. im gonna call later to make sure its corrected. the lady was really nice though.

I'm August 13th (Friday) and no room here. I was basically told the same thing, off season gets the rooms, but Dave did tell me that they would 'do up' our room with flowers and such for after the wedding.
