As it gets closer to the wedding day, does the Fox Hollow contact you to do the menu or do you have to call them? What is the timeline for everything...choosing the menu, cake, seating charts? TIA

we got a letter 2-3 months before the wedding saying we had to book our appointment for the menu... we met with jennifer, went over our choices and picked our linens. We went over any questions we had and then she gave us the seating chart options for round or ovals. Those were due the week before when we dropped off our final payment.

We also got our letter about 6 weeks before our date. And also met with Jennifer! She is great!!!!!
