Just curious…are you communicating with your BM via email? Its becoming overwhelming strange that mine does not communicate thru email. I simply cant pick up the phone every time I have a question about our wedding (mostly because they come to me after midnight or before 6 AM!)

Now that we are planning more details of our day, I find that I am only finding things out when I inquire –like our ceremony rehearsal being an hour before our actual ceremony..that’s an important thing that I need to know. Apparently you can have it earlier in the week at FH but they charge you – just curious how everyone else is making out with FH…they haven’t said boo to me since we booked and I honestly don’t think they will until maybe a week before….is the BM that you booked with the one that you do all your planning with?? We haven’t been contacted about tastings, details, nothing….

I always make my FH call up with questions. He's been pretty responsive to everything. Who's yours?

They don't really do a tasting there. You can eat at their restaurant and get 50% off of your bill. it's the same type of food that you get at the venue. I think that you are supposed to contact them, though, when you want to do that. That's what our BM told us.

I don't know about the rehearsal because I'm getting married in a church and not there.

When ever I contact my BM thru emails he normally responds pretty well and when my FH calls about a question he gets back to him pretty fast as well... Who is your BM?

I haven't had any trouble getting in touch with my BM. Whenever I have a question I always get through. Who is your BM?

I also have a question - what type of place cards do they provide us with? Or is it better to do them on our own? Along with the table numbers. I saw somewhere that they provide us with metal ones - that's kind of ugly. If that's true, I might just make my own with black picture frames. Thanks!

I met with Jessica for my final meeting (to discuss menu, linens, etc) and have emailed her a few times with questions and she has always gotten back to me quickly. I just went in today for my final drop.

For the place cards, I would suggest you do your own. I took a picture of the ones they provided - they have a serious 'lodge' feel. ETA - I can't attach to this post so I put in my album.
