Fox Hollow Brides Past and Present-I have a question about nonpreferred vendors

Hi,

I am getting married at the Fox Hollow in November and my question is that i am using vendors that are not on their preferred list that they gave me. Do they need to have liability insurance to show them or any other documentation? I was going to have a friend video tape my ceremony but he has no insurance policy.

Yes...all vendors that are not on the preferred list must have insurance. I don't think your friend video taping your wedding ceremony needs to present insurance. Just like your friends who are snapping pictures on their persoanal cameras aren't 'photographers'

This is true for all RH's and Vendors.

You can talk to them about policies with having a friend do this (prob no issue) or you can see about having a waiver signed.

I was sure to 'opt out' of their 'required florist' when I signed contract at CHCC bc I heard they are all ridiculously priced bc the venue gets a kickback.
