Fox Hollow Cakes? Good or Bad?

Anyone know about the cakes at Fox Hollow? I've heard 2 things, one they taste great but look messy or that they look nice but taste dry & bland.

I know they say they can copy any design but does it really look like the picture? I wanted fondant icing but keep hearing that a lot of catering places don't flavor it to taste good like professional bakeries.

Thanks as always!
