I was in the same boat as you, realizing that it was a REALLY long menu b/c of all the selections. It actually wound up really easy tho - that is just half a sheet of letter-size paper, so I printed two on a sheet and sliced them in half longways.

Also the description size is equivalent to Arial pt size 10.

I wouldn't go any taller than this, though.

That is the way I have it set up right now, I just didn't know if the font was going to be too small to read.
Thanks for the help.

did they tell you in advance that the veggie dish had changed? im just such a perfectionist that if i do decide to print my own menus (btw your directions made it sound way easier than i imagined) i'd be annoyed if they served something that didnt match what i had written.

No they did not. Annoyed is the least of it. I had them go to every table, apologize, and offer guests a new dish if they wanted - which some of them did.

My review should be up before we leave for our honeymoon in two weeks - we just settled up some outstanding issues with vendors last week.

They changed the veggie dish! Im so annoyed! I already printed my menus!!!!!!!!!!! I even just went to the final meeting the other day and no one said anything!

They changed it several months ago. Shocking, esp considering we spoke about the existence of the risotto in my menu meeting.

This is Fox Hollow's menu

I emailed Fox Hollow to ask about the ristotto and they said only if you ask for a vegan dish would you get a baked potato and if not, it will come with risotto.

Hopefully thats correct cause my menus are made up!

I was told the same thing in my menu meeting, and it was wrong. Talk to Mike Tinelli if you didn't already.
