Just a heads up, I was just there for my final meeting and they are no longer using Erga Bakery. Erga was sold so they are switching. They told me it was between Francesco's and another bakery that they are testing this weekend (they didn't say the name).

Ooh, exciting news! Have to be honest, I had doubts about Erga when I saw their wedding cake gallery online. I hate to be a non believer, it was just a gut feeling. Can't wait to hear who the new bakery is!

Re: Fox Hollow Ladies
We used a taste home bakery for our wedding. We got a few hundred $ back in extras. The cake was amazing and the people were just as amazing. It was all over a great experience. We are actually going all the way back there for my birthday cake. I live on the Throggs Neck side of the Throggs Neck bridge so this is a little trip for us but it is so worth it! Each slice of our cake was as follows: lol Yellow cake chocolate mouse chocolate cake Oreo mouse red velvet cake and the icing was Swiss Butter cream.
