Is anyone familiar with PWP (perfect wedding planner)? I know they offer them as part of their package... are they really helpful?

The free services are things like
Setting up vendor appointments reminders on to do lists coming in to see invitations and such.
Their actual coordinating services for the day of are extra. I honestly don't think I really used them for more than coming in to look at invites one day and setting up one vendor appt.

yea, that's the impression that I got too. I wasn't sure exactly what else they did. The guy we spoke with made it seem so amazing so I was curious.
By the way you are getting married soooo soon!!!! yay you must be so excited!!!! You are getting married at Fox Hollow? We are trying to decide whether or not to book them for next year!

They quoted me $1200 for 2 coordinators for the day of it was too expensive for me and I decided to use a different vendor but they are all very nice

JT does this as well. It was helpful in the beginning, before I found LIW and I was still a little at sea in wedding planning. We get Francesca from Dazzling Affairs and she was helpful with breaking down which house vendors would better suit our needs and at a better price. And she calls every once and awhile to check up and make sure I'm on the right track. It's helpful, too, because I can ask her a lot of JT specs. questions like what size are the tables without my BM getting sick of hearing my voice! I say if it's free, might as well get some use out of it!

I paid extra for the PWP as my coordinators, I had Jessica and Adrienne was her assistant, I LOVED them. They were sooo incredibley helpful, there wasn't anything that went too wrong that day, but they did help with alot of small details that I'm happy I didn't have to deal with. And Jessica helped me with a big issue I was having 10 days before my wedding
