Does anyone know how to get a banquet manager on the phone from there? I've been leaving messages for the menu girl, Jen, for 3 weeks now and she won't return my calls and I just called and asked for a Banquet manager and they gave me her voice mail again. Im just getting so frustrated and now FH and I think we might just have to go there in person and chance there being someone there who can help us.

Im upgrading my cake with Cakes By Jay and he said they give so much money towards it. But I JUST got ahold of her and she said they dont do cake upgrades through him that she knew of and that they will only give a cake credit of $150. Why do they say they give upgrades if they don't? Im so confused!

i still think they are really nice, and i love the place... but as far as getting a hold of them.. it *****... what i did was kept calling until i got them on the phone.. leaving messages is pointless. so my advice is... just keep calling![]()
