Fox Hollow-Somerley Room Lighting

I am hoping someone can help me with deciding on a DJ. Body Rock owns the lighting in the Somerley room. You can only use the lighting in the room if you go with Body Rock and their prices are way higher than other DJs. I am also kind of annoyed that the Fox Hollow allowed this which makes me not want to choose Body Rock just out of spite. I am afraid that there will not be enough lighting in the room if I don't go with them.

Has anyone had their reception in the Somerley room and not used Body Rock? And if so, how was the lighting around the room?

That's not true. I think as long as the DJ brings a lighting tech, they can use the existing lighting.

You're right, but it seems like you can pay body rock to just do lights, I don't know about price, sorry. I'm pissed myself now because I thought the price of the room included lighting. What the #^$*.

You can have one color through the Fox the entire night. They showed us those when we booked (purple, red, green,etc). We are using NY Nights Entertainment. If we want additional lights, they will bring in intell lights (rather than use the ones installed).

I got married there in October and I used LISound for my DJ (they were amazing). Before the reception we were in the room and we picked the lighting based on how the flowers and everything looked. We only used 1 color and it was gorgeous. You're in great hands with Fox Hollow.
