Fox Hollow Tasting?

Well I think I finally made my decision and am going back tomorrow to see what dates are available at the Fox Hollow. I just have 2 questions to ask. First, did anyone have a food tasting at Fox Hollow? I know some places don't do food tastings, do they? Also, I had always wanted a pasta course before the main dish, do you think they would throw that in if I said I would sign, or should I not bother? Thanks. :)

i think that they let you eat in the restaurant that they have but i think you have to pay for it not sure though...

I booked the Westbury Manor and I told them I wanted a pasta dish and the banquet manager threw it in. They knew that I was ready to sign - so then it's business. Also any other other additions that you know you want - please negotiate before you sign - you have leeway now and not after. We negotiated some things but I wished I negotiated a little more because we want to throw some things in now that we didn't think of before! Good luck! and let us know how it goes!
