Fox Hollow Winter Garden Pavillion Details

Hey Ladies! I'm having a winter wedding at the FH - ceremony and reception in the WGP. Of course, in all the excitement of signing on the dotted line, I neglected to think of all the mini-details....
Does anyone know if they provide any sort of seating chart? I would really prefer a stand up chart on an easel, as opposed to place cards, but if FH provides (attractive) place cards, I may just go with that to save some money.
Also, does anyone has any recent information on the look of the table numbers in the WGP? I won't bother to purchase my own if they go with my color scheme (winter whites, red, or a metallic frame), but if they are still the black frames that someone mentioned a while back I think I'll get my own

Thanks all! Its just amazing to me that the 'big decisions' (florist, venue, etc) seemed so much simpler than all this little stuff that that is driving me nuts :)

They give you place cards, but they are kind of ugly. We are getting them done by someone else.

ETA: does anyone have a picture of the menus? I'm kind of curious. I'm debating about getting them made to match our theme too.
