Frame for the Sand ceremony?

Frame for the Sand ceremony?

I want to pour sand into a frame instead of lighting a candle or or pouring it into a vase.
I have seen tons of pictures but the only thing I can find is http://www.freewebs.com/thesandframe/
I think they are a bit over priced and I was wondering if anyone knew of anything cheaper. I am willing to do a little DIY but I just don't know how!

When I was looking for our sand ceremony I saw the frames on ebay and at Target. I ended up just doing the containers as we had a destination wedding and didn't know how we'd get the frame filled with sand back home. The containter we used is at DH's parent's house in FL.

I just found this glass vase that holds a picture! I think this is awesome. My only fear is that it may be wide and take long to fill. But I love it!
