Freaking Out!!!

With two months (approx.) left until the wedding I am freaking out that we won't be able to come up with the remainder of the costs in this short a time!!!! I know everyone says that it will all work out but seriouslt what if it doesnt lol

It is keeping me up at night!!!

Please tell me that I am not the only one........

im two weeks away and it has kept me up every night! i cut back on getting my nails done, and buying lunch at work!! but i know you hear it alot but it will work out and you will do it!! have you done any DIY projects they can help to save money if you need some help let me know !

Awe you're so sweet, thank you. Yes I have been doing DIY yourself projects everywhere I can and I believe that we really have not splurged on many things at all really......this then leads me to my second crazy concern, what if we cut back too much and it shows?? LOL like what if the wedding looks like empty (i totally know it won't, that's why I call it an IRRATIONAL feat lol) I am my own worst enemy I swear!!

I feel you 100%! We expected alot less guests to say yes bc of the time of the year so we didn't account for more than 200 people in our budget....well guess what we are at about 230 and no money to pay for them. It did work out - well kind of...my father is lending the money we need so we are relieved but at the same time upset that we are coming out of the wedding owing money. He already gve us money toward the wedding that we don't have to pay back so I know he will expect this money back...oh well!

It is what it is....you family will not let you drown! Try and come up with a back up plan in the event you don't make up the money...

i really wouldnt worry about skimping out!! i have to tell you a funny story my Gf wedding was very simple nothing crazy on the tables (simple centepieces), here favors were wine bottles with a ribbon on them no special label! and a very simple cake no topper just flowers ! it was probably the best wedding i have been to in a long time!! i know we all want the dream wedding but honestly people remember 3 things the food, dj and what others were wearing! lol!! please dont freak! it will be a great day!!

We had the same problem, we didnt count on more that 200 coming either and we are at 223 and have got maybe 6 No's its crazy but it does work out belive me

Date twin i totally understand. FH and I said down and added up how much we owe and the number just kept getting larger Next week I am going to start bringing my own lunch. Also, we have to cut back because FH is not working now Everything will work out at least that is what i am hoping

I feel the same way and everyone keeps telling me it will work out. I just want to know who is coming already and I have ways to go still lol...oh well...i'm trying not to let it keep me up at night so we'll see.

I am there right now also... I actually just got a 2nd job today... so now I'm going to work 12+ hours a day to afford this...lol..... So I def feel ya... but it WILL work out! I promise!

i feel the same way. i really havent been stressed but about two weeks ago i really started having a heart attack about how much everything is. everyone keeps telling me that it will somehow work out, so they better be right lol

You are not alone. It keeps me up at night and I freak out all the time. I am always looking at my budget and my bank account. Its so hard since I'm unemployed right now. I just got fiance his wedding gift and it hurt so much to spend all that money.
Somehow I think it will all work out .....some how.

I've been stressing since we hit the 4 month mark!! I just looked at me excel spread sheet and thought *** are we going to do. Hey I remember one of our brides said she was hooking on Hempstead Turnpike by Eisenhower maybe I'll start a turf war!!!!
