freaking out

I ordered a customized cake topper in June from etsy, and I was told that I would receive proofs in early/mid October. Well, I messaged her a couple of weeks ago and ask where everything is. She said she was sorry and that her daughter had filed some of the orders for her, thereby accidentally overbooking her.

She said my proofs would be out LAST Wednesday or Thursday...and I'd have my topper by the middle of this week. Well guess what? NO proofs! I messaged her again yesterday and haven't heard back. So I messaged her this morning and said I'm going to have to report this if I do not receive my cake topper soon.

I'm bugging out! I have to meet with the bakery next Wednesday to give him this cake topper....plus the topper is gorgeous...PLUS it was $150! What should I do?

don't worry .... you can give the bakery the cake topper the day before the wedding, if necessary (or even the morning of the wedding!)

and if the topper isn't delivered by then, you can always just put fresh flowers or something. I know it sorta stinks, but it's not the end of the world.

you will def get a refund for your money if you don't get the topper in time.
