So this sunday is my bbq e-party. Please tell me how I thought it was going to be small like 20 people max. Now I have 35 people I know for sure are coming, 10 that said yes but I don't really believe them, and 10 maybe's. Almost 60 people are coming!!!
I did not buy enough plates and cups for that! I still need to buy food and thank god FH just ordered the cake. I have to buy my dress today and I don't have favors yet. I'm happy so many people love me, but I got to feed on a budget!
On the other hand, more people = more presents. So if you had to charge the additional food, it won't be so bad.
I'm sure your party will be great no matter how many people show up.

fill em up with LOTS of apps! that always does the trick, apps and drinks. good luck tho! i'm sure everything will work out fine. one task at a time, dont get yourself too stressed out.

we learned this the hard way and now thats what we always do lol a christmas eve dinner with all the works but everyone was totally full after the apps lol we had leftovers forever!!!! lol
but now we always do that to cut the costs of the meal :)
