Freaking out a bit...
OK...so as some of you may know, I went for my first fititng last Friday. Everythigng went great! The only concern I have is the fact that when they zipped open the bag with my gown in it, I was a little shocked to see that my dress looked more on the ivory side than white. Now I know that Diamond white is not pure white, but more like off white, but this was NOT off white and they insisted that is was indeed Diamond white. Either way I still love it, BUT......now my veil does not match. They ordered me a diamond white veil and it looks pure white next to my gown. Here is my worry...in pictures my dress looks white and it looks like the veil matches, but that is not the case in person. So I told them to order me an ivory veil b/c it looked perfect next to my dress. Now Iam worried that it will look WAY off in pictures! Anyone have 'Grace' by Maggie Sottero?? I think the dress might be diamond white, but the lace overlay has to be ivory. It kida pisses me off b/c I asked for Diamond white thru and thru....def. not what I got. I do still love it, but my concern is still with the veil.....Holy crap, sorry so long, just having a little freak out. Especially since I just saw the post about the guys wearing ivory shirts with the tuxes! ![]()
