When Delta lost our luggage, we received 2 free tickets. How do we redeem them? At a travel agent or do we have to go through Delta? They are for 300.00 a piece, and I can get a much better price online then calling Delta TIA

i think you have to call Delta, the same as if you receive any kind of travel voucher.

DH got a voucher just recently (I think it may have been Delta) and he had to go to a Delta counter at the airport to redeem them. What a pain! The same thing happened with me and a USAir voucher that I had - I had to go to the airport to redeem....

Yeah, it WAS a pain! We were like, 'wait, you inconvenienced US, gave us free tickets, but to use them we have to be inconvenienced AGAIN?!!!' Hopefully they'll tell you something different!
