FREE Gifts with Registry FYI

Original post by HSsweethearts

You can often get gifts from manufacturers just for registering for items and then bigger gifts once your items are purchased. Macy's is particularly bad at publcising this, but I can tell you I've already gotten free

-Lenox toasting flutes
Cheese board from DeLonghi
Cake server from Kitcheaid
Measuring cups from All Clad
Serving Set from Oneida

Macy's is really hard to find...here is the LINK

Here is Williams-Sonoma LINKY

Please add others to the chain. I know these 2 since those are my registries. I think most people don't know this.

Also, if you are registered at Macy's, remember to link up your Macy's card to the registry, you get back 10% of your card purchases and 5% of guest purchases after the wedding.

HTH

edited to fix the gifts I got

Did you register in person at these places? I did not get anything from BBB or Target.

Wow thanks! Didn't know about these offers! I will be adding a bunch of qualifying items to my registry just to get the free stuff!

You fill out forms and send it in. It doesn't have to be in person. I did all of my registry stuff online. I did go to a Macy's Sip and Scan, but I had already established my registry at that point. They totally did not mention the gifts. I stumbled upon on them, which is why I figured it would be helpful to share since not everyone knows

You need to go to the registry area at BBB and tell them you need the forms. They do not provide them online. I believe the gifts are the same as Macys.
