Free or inexpensive bridal makeup consultation?

Do any of them offer it? I got an offer for $75 consultation and that seems a bit much.

She did our makeup and I could not have been happier. It lasted over 12 hours and her prices were fantastic. I think my trial was like $30.00.

$75 is kind of high, mine was $40

I recently did a trial for $75, wound up hating the makeup, and was so upset that I spent that amount of money just to wipe it all off. I'm happy I didn't do that on my actual wedding day, but still just a waste of money.

I know Sandra Baldini does the trial for about $40 I think. That's more reasonable.
