Free wedding planner

Free wedding planner

JCPenney gives you a free wedding planner when you do a registry with them so I did a fake registry with about 5 items online and I picked up my planner in the strore the same day. It is better than the ones I was going to pay $30.00 for in Barnes N Nobles, and it's free

So all you really have to do is just sign up for a Registry and just pick out a couple of things? Do you just go to any J.C. Penny's and say you have a registry and they just give you a planner?

Re: Free wedding planner

When you do the registry online at jcpenney.com they give you a link to print and then you take that paper to JCPenney and they hand you the free planner that comes with a lot of things and it's a binder so I punched holes in everything I had and put it in the dividers that come with it. it is really nice and helpful

Thanks, that is great to know. Those binders are so much money.

go to jcpenney.com and click on gifts and registry, then click on wedding registry, then click on learn more and they will show you pictures of the planner.

That reminds me of something I did....

If you register for $500 worth of Calphalon stuff they will send you some free bakeware stuff. Well I put this outrageously overpriced set of pots and pans on my registry just to get the stuff...totally taking it off once I get my stuff!!

And if people buy you a certain amount of things, they will send you more free stuff!!

I did that awhile ago and never followed up with picking up the planner. Do you have to go to the store or can you pick the planner up from one of the catalog centers.

Re: Free wedding planner

FH and i registered at Macys... but everything there was like $900 too much, so we only put a few things on... we saw that all the stuff had like gifts to go with it, but we couldnt find enough stuff to put on to get it.. she told us that for the big things, they actually had to be purchased and not just put on the registry,,, i was like 'im not friends or related to anyone stupid enough to spend this much money on a pot.' lol

they didnt offer a free planner though... i have to be honest, however... i probably wouldnt use it. HAHHAHA
