FREE! W/PIC!! Does anyone want a pure bred show dog quality female whippet?
My parents are for the first time in their lives talking of giving away a pet. She is brindle and a year and a half old.
My parents are both retiring and I think she is just TOO MUCH work for them. We have another whippet but she is much older and well trained.. this one is house trained, but shes just a little wild - I guess because shes still young, but shes too much for them.
So just in case they decide to I was wondering if anyone was interested. She is pure bred show dog quality.

We think shes full grown. Shes about the same size as our other whippet and shes 4 years older.
I believe she is about 19 - 21 lbs.
Their coat is basically free of 'doggie odor' and they are an average shedder. Theyre pretty clean and easy to travel with.
They live an average of 12 - 15 years.
They can run up to 37 mph
She is our 6th whippet we have had since I was born, but my parents just dont have the time to train anymore.

I wish I could take her but FH doesnt like the idea of having a dog in the city

LOL at first I was like huh?? Now I get it!! LOL Was that a whippet or a greyhound? My other dog looks like that photo but this one is all brindle.

Oh god i would do anything for that baby!! I have an Italian Greyhound which are cousins to whippets. I had to give my IG to my parents to live so he would have more company. I know my dad wants another dog but my mom say NO WAY!!! I will ask but Im sure the answer will be no!!!

I really really really really want him... My coop doesn't allow dogs or cats... and I actaully already have 2 cats... so I am always so nervous I am going to get kicked out of my appt becuase I have them...
I just wanted to post how cute he is... I know you will get a good home for him!!!

Her name is Indy (independence) and shed probably eat your cats

i just sent my friends a email...they have dogs and i know they used to have 1 or 2 wippets..so maybe she knows someone!! ill let ya know
is she good around kids or other dogs?

Shes great with other dogs - I have never seen a problem. Id say shed be good with kids maybe 4 and up just because she is SOOOOOO energetic.
