Friday Brides

When are you doing your rehearsal? Is Thursday a bad day to do it?

I am coming from CT (as are a couple GMs a BM and the in-laws) so I think Thursday is the best day to do it but I just worry about being an inconvenience.

I am thinking it will either be the Wednesday before or the Sunday before.

i am getting married in a church and for some reason for friday weddings the rehersal is on a tuesday or wednesday that good for me because it is earlier in the week but a bit difficult for those who are in the BP that do not live local

Not sure yet....most likely Thursday since all of the OOT guests will most likely be here by then...

i WANT to do it the week before ...
b/c the night before is just going to suck.
but our BM is in college way upstate so i don't want to ask him to miss more school than he has to.
i'm hoping he's off for Easter week or something b/c that would work perfectly.

Wow, I didn't realize that so many of you would want to do it early.

I am getting married on a Friday so I actually want to have it a week before so that I can enjoy it and not stress what has to get done the next day or 2, even though I am sure that will still happen a week before, mentally it makes me happier!

I'm going to try to schedule mine for Wednesday, but in your situation Thursday sounds like it'd be more feasible.

ughh i have been trying to figure this out. on of my BM`s lives in florida and her graduation is a few days before the wedding so i can`t do it too early i may have to do it the day before but i don`t know how the RH will feel about that. do you think she really needs to be there can`t we just fill her in on what she needs to do i mean it is just walking right??

Mine is the Thursday before. I have a lot of OOT family so the Deacon said that would be best.

Plus I'll have lots of wine and maybe I'll be able to sleep...maybe.
