we can definitely do Don Juan's - but I probably won't be able to get there until 6 - 6:30 (I commute from the city). Do you know if there is a cover to get in? I thought Don Juan's renovated and now is more like a club type atmosphere.
Although, I do think a friday's type place may be less crowded and we could probably get a table to chat.
What's the consensus?
We can also schedule another day for June after our May 3rd gathering, so those who couldn't come in May - can come in June! I'm looking forward to it - it will be fun! :-)

May 3rd is great for me. But I would prefer to stay away from a Club-type place. We need a large table, a place to sit and talk. I don't want to talk over loud music. I love looking at everyone's photos and planners so a bar atmosphere doesn't work very well. But if Don Juans has a seating area for dinner than it is great.

HI! Don Juan's has a big sitting area-for a sit down dinner.
There are some seats around the bar area if you want the 'happy hour' atmosphere with the free dinner-there's no charge to get in. My co-workers and I go often on Fridays....don't even need to drink and there's TONS of free food :-)

i guess we are trying to get an official count?? I can go earlier than 6 pm if anyone else wants to meet earlier. I'd prefer that, actually!! And then we'll meet Cira when she gets there!! :) JOY
