OMG - i just realized that I didn't post over here about our UBER exciting meeting at the Fox Hollow on Friday afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was BEYOND wonderful!!!! We picked the stations for our cocktail hour, we selected our cake flavors & the type of cake we're getting....
They told us that because we're not terribly fancy & most of their food is that they would make us whatever we WANT for dinner! So i'm having Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana & Dave is having Veal Cutlet Parmigiana!!!
His mom is SEVERLY allergic to wheat & gluten and they said that we have to tell them what her fave meal is and they'll make it for her!
They're going to do a birthday cake for my sister in law!!!
We don't need jars for the candy bar - they have bowls & we are free to use them!
The kids table is going to not have a tablecloth - it'll be paper so they can write & draw on it!
They're bringing in Dave's favorite beer!!!
Girls - when we left - i was crying out of joy & LITERALLY jumped twice!!!!!!!!

The one cool thing I have to say about my hall is that FH makes his own beer. We asked if he could bring in a keg of it if he wanted to and they were like, sure no problem. When we met with George Washington Manor they actually said they'd have to see about CHARGING US! WHAT? Charge us? For providing one tap of our own beer? We knew that place wasn't for us after that one. Though it's a very pretty place, I thought that was kinda weird.

Well, I think instead of the keg thing now- he may just bottle it and make a special label and add it to our favors - like one bottle per couple or something or maybe we can use it as our name settings. Ha ha! I want him to make a chocolate bridal beer since chocolate is our theme. Ha ha!
