What time is your ceremony?

6:30-7:00
Cocktail hour is 7-8, reception 8-12.
The ceremony is at the same place as the recpetion.

That is perfect timing. My ceremony is a 5 and I am afraid that it is going to be too early for some people to make it. I am having a mass at the church which will end at around 6:15 and my CH starts at 7:30

I got married at 5:00, the church was not too packed, (but I was happy with that). The CH started at 8:30 - 9:30 and the Reception was from 9:30 - 1:30 AM. I wanted it this way, so no one would have to rush around after work. It worked out perfectly for us and our guests.

Ceremony at 5, reception starts w/ CH at 8. Wish I'd chosen 7 for the CH instead. since I feel bad about that gap.

I am still contemplating about changing my church closer to the reception, but currently:

Church 5:30 *(in ronkonkoma)
Cocktail/reception: 8:30-1:30 (westbury)

i guess being that they are far apart, i don't have to worry about what poeople will do for two hours!

cocktail hour 4:45 - 5:45

reception 5:45 - 10:00 pm.

it seems like there was a big space but i was supposed to be at the hall for pictures at 6 and with traffic from queens to long island we barely made it

We're trying to decide... Our cocktail hour is 8:00 and our reception is at 9pm.
we're thinking about a 3 pm ceremony only because we want to take all our pictures before the CH and we want to take them outdoors. Sunsets around 6:15. Our church is in queens and our reception is in New Rochelle.
