My church is at 3 and my ch starts at 7... at first my fmil was saying that was to much time in between...but the church is like half an hour to an hour with the percession, the hall is like half an hour away and its a friday night...and I need time to take my pics... I wanna eat at my ch hahaha....

yea our is at 4 and then ch at 8... i felt the same way

We had a friday night. Hospitality at 6, Ceremony at 6:30 and cocktail hour at 7. Worked out great!

MY CH starts at 8 pm...our reception is 9-1
Its late and people will be tired, but it also gives people a chance to get home from work and change etc...
