I understand your driving situation and people should understand that taking a train from certain places is not as easy as it sounds. There is no excuse for people being nasty. She should understand and get over it. There are more important things in life.

Yesterday, my friend and BM was having an engagement party out on LI. I live in Brooklyn so my ride is my fiance. Well, Pat (my fiance) works for Con Ed and the union was threatening to strike. 12 midnight there was an extension called until 2:30. 2:30 another extension...finally 4:30 am we get the call ....no strike....management doesn't need to come in to cover the union guys. Well 6am, they decide to ruin my day! They call him in anyway. Con Ed called all of management in. Who knows why!! But they did. So now, we couldn't go to the engagement party. She gave me such a hard time and was just really nasty to me and is continuing to do so, right now as we speak. I am not by any means happy that he got called in and we couldn't go but what am I gonna do. He either went in or lost his job and loosing his job is not an option and she should know that!!!!
Just needed to vent. I am shocked that she is being as nasty as she is!![]()
