Friends tonight

What did everyone think of it tonight? The Ross thing was hysterical. But other than that, I just thought it was ok.

I thought there was far too much of Jennifer Aniston's nipples in that episode!

Re: Friends tonight

As soon as Ross asked Monica about the tanning place I thought, this is going to be hysterical. The chick from England was pretty funny too.

That was hysterical!!!!! I finally got to see the tanning place all built. When I went to the WB tour and visited the set thats what they were building.

I loved the whole episode!!! I too was dissapointed about the whole Joey and Rachel thing. I think it could of lasted a few more episodes.

Where is emma?

Re: Friends tonight

You know I wonder about Emma too. I know they don't want the show to become all about Emma, but it's like she doesn't even exist. They need to show her more otherwise it's really stupid that Rachel even had her.

Re: Friends tonight

OK - where's Emma? Ross was at the tanning salon and Rachel's trying to get with Joey....is Emma sleeping in the other room or something? Will she have soap opera syndrome and appear in the November sweeps as a 5 year old?

Did anyone realize the fake Brit was Stiffler's mom from American Pie? Hee.

Re: Friends tonight

I am VERY bummed. I set the VCR to tape it tonight, while I was at a VERY boring PTA meeting. One of my kids played with the remote and it didn't tape. Anyone wanna give me a rundown on what happened...... Will & Grace as well......Please......Thanks

Re: Friends tonight

The major thing that happened is Joey & Rachel decided to no longer see each other.

Re: Friends tonight

I TOTALLY said the same thing to my DH - where the heck is Emma? It's like Rachel and Ross don't even have any responsibility for her....TOTALLY stupid on the producer's part...no continuity for the storyline...so, if Ross and Rachel get back together by the end of the season b/c of 'Emma' it will make NO SENSE, since she wasn't even being raised by them!

Re: Friends tonight

I thought the Ross thing with the tanning was HYSTERICAL!!! I didn't care for the whole thing with Joey and Rachel though. I thought it was really stupid that they made it last for only three episodes.

The Ross thing was funny as hell!! I'm ticked that they didn't make it work for Joey & Rachel.

Jennifer Aniston always looks nipply!!

Re: Friends tonight

Is it only me??? What's with the nipples? I didn't notice any nipples.....

I was disappointed at the Rachel/Joey thing, but I'm not sure it's 100% over with.

Ross and the tanning booth was hysterical!

ETS: They really need to get more realistic with Emma, though, and show Rachel struggling to adjust as a single mom. Just my 2 cents.

Re: Friends tonight

HAHA Danielle and I joke about that every week.....Where is EMMA??? You know Ross's and Rachaels Parents arent watching her and the other friends arent watching her either. She is too young to goto School, So where is she? Its ridiculous that Rachael had a baby when they never show the baby. I dont get that.

The tanning with Ross was Hysterical...and also when Ross was looking at Monica's legs and Chandler says...Stop looking at my wifes legs like that, wait a minute....Stop looking at your sisters legs like that......heehee too funny.

I cannot believe when he went back to the 2nd tanning salon that they had the tanning coming from both sides....It would of been good if he went there the first time. Maybe he should of listened to what she said.....Poor Ross.

It would of been great if he had to go to Charlies house for dinner or something, maybe goto meet her family...That would of been sooo funny.

I knew the whole Joey and Racheal thing wasnt going to last, but I thought NBC would drag it on for a few more episodes. Isnt it going to be uncomfortable now with them living together???

Stifflers mom...got heavy didnt she??? I wanted to strangle her.....

Re: Friends tonight

man...please don't yell at me...I'm trying not to hate it...I do tape it and watch it hoping that I will like it...but I think this is the last episode I can sit through...

I really just wanted to turn it off...

the Emma thing is horrible...it was so just put in there for ratings...who is pregnant?? stay tuned...and its awful that they contribute a lack of responsiblity to society about raising children.

Stifflers mom (I said to DH its MILF!!) was just awful...did anyone think her dancing was funny? ok...noone dances like that and thinks its good...

and the tanning...how stupid can ross get? come on...

Re: Friends tonight

I though it was pretty funny. I remeber the woman from england being in Legally Blonde, ( I never saw AP)

I never understood the point to Rachel getting preggy anyway.
I dont really care about Emma, so I dont mind her never being around. The show for me is about comedy not social commentary. I got tired real quick with all the stuff surrounding the baby. But that's just MHO.

The show itself had had many moments wher it was never based in reality. For example in the begining Monica and Rachel were waitresses at a coffee shop. Like they cold afford an apt. like that in manhattan on a waitresses slary??

But if Rachel and Ross do get back together, I'm sure Emma will be feautured alot more.
