From Off topic board...What are you like off the LIW board?

I thought this was such a great idea, and loved reading everyone that wrote on the off topic board so let give it a try... I'll start

1. I am described as 'intense' which is both good and bad, I tend to be very sensitive.

2. My family and FH are the world to me.

3. I am on a perpetual diet, but love to cheat!

4. I enjoy drinking and going out with freinds and FH (why #3 never works)

5. I am a perfectionist, if it isnt going to be done right, dont bother doing it at all

6. I am extreamly loyal to my freinds and expect the same in return.

7. I am shy, very shy - and I feel uncomfortable around large groups of people.

1. i revolve my world around my FH. thats probably not a great thing, but he does it with me to. We enjoy each others company and go any length to be with one another.

2. obviously my dogs are a very big part of my life as well

3. i cant go to a restuarant without ordering an alcoholic beverage

4. i call me mom up to 3 times a day. she lives on LI and i'm in Brooklyn, and we're very close.

5. every night (if im not on here) i try to watch the WB11 lineup from 11pm- 2am! (friends, everybody loves raymond, frasier, frasier, dharma & greg)

6. i have been considered a hipster. take that what you will.

1. I am a very ambitious person, want to rise to the top of the corporate world, TOMORROW!

2. I want to go to school to get my MBA... for the above reason

3. I am friends oriented person. Need friends, and constantly want to be liked... though, as my FI sais, I sometimes try too hard, and people have reverse reaction.

4. I am a shy person, though noone who knows me would ever agree with me! I try to look like I am not shy, but it is a consious effort.

5. I am honest, and always give honest advice. No one calls me to get 'consoled' , just for honest advice.

6. I never stand up for myself, , wish I could.!.

1. From the ages of about 15 through 20, I was hard core goth. I'm talking black lipstick, Morticia Adams clothes, the whole nine yards. I then got past this faze and discovered the wonderful world of not looking ridiculous.

2. I am fashion obsessed. I went from one extreme to the other-- from black witch clothes to.... well, whatever my own style is now. I get tons of pleasure in having clothes, shoes, accesories, etc. in every different color. I love to coordinate, I love to mix and match, I treat myself like an art project.

3. Like Chrissa mentioned, I too, am a perfectionist, to the point where it can be damaging because I'm so hard on myself. I would rather do an entire task myself than have anyone help me because I am obsessed with doing things my way.

4. I love Elvis.

5. Though I am only 23, in many ways, I have grown up very quickly, but I enjoy my lifestyle the way it is; I was never a 'party-er.'

6. Although my cat died over two years ago, I still cry when I think of her.

7. I consider myself to be quite personable, however, I am very much a loner.

1. FH and I are the type of couple that makes people 'sick'...we've been overly affectionate from the moment we met and are still that way even after two years.

2. I have a dream that I will go to law school one day.

3. I don't have many friends but the ones I do have I value above all else

4. I am a social outgoing person

5. I sing karaoke.

6. I love bungee jumping.

1) I'm a very social person. FH and I go out almost every weekend. I like drinking and having a good time.

2) I'm also very responsible. Work is always a priority.

3) I miss my PR career in the city very much. I left shortly after getting engaged and took a job closer to home because I knew I'd want to have a family one of these days. I don't regret that decision, but I do miss my old career, as well as being in the city every day.

4) I'm becoming more and more like my mother every day. FH thinks I'm a very nervous person. I have trouble sleeping because I worry about things (work, money, wedding, etc.). These are traits my mom has!

5) Family and friends are extremely important to me.

6) My favorite character trait in others is a good sense of humor.

1) I'm a tired old lady

2) My hair never looks right

3) I'm my FIL's caregiver and watch over my MIL in the Nursing home

4) I LOVE a bargain

5) My life is DH and my grown kids I've never been so proud of anything in the world

6) I'm the first one to throw a party. I love to have friends around me

7) I'd rather spent 1 hour petting an animal than spent it with a stranger.

8) I'm always on a diet and sneaking a piece of chocolate! No wonder I never loose any weight!

9) I love to dance!

10) I always see the best in a person....never the worst (poor judge of character)
