Im iffy on it... my mom was shocked that i wasnt sure if i wanted to do it.. i guess its traditional, but the last few weddings i attended the brides didnt have one..

I am having a veil and my mother was upset that I didn't want to wear it over my face but I feel like I'm being suffocated..I guess its just a preference but I know where your coming from with your mom mine was the same way!!

I'm wearing one. In fact, I'm toying with the idea of leaving it down until the Kiss...I think it would be cool, but I'm not sure I want it in my face the whole time, plus it might look wierd in the pics...
I agree....the camera won't get your pretty makeup, stray tear etc.....

I won't have one b/c I want to have clear pics of my face walking down the isle. I know the camera can probably get good shots, but everyone can't really see me then- I don't know- I just never wanted one.

Im doing a veil. I was iffy but my parents couldn't believe i didn't want too. So I'm going to do one it's simple with satin trim.

I think its nice when people have the front veil ( i think its called a blusher but not sure) however i am extrememly claustrophobic and when i tried it i was a little freaked out...

I'm not sure, I feel like this is when you make your entrance and your makeup is done, and these are the pics with my dad ( he & I are really close) I'mnot sure i want my face covered...Not sure have to see it when my dress on for the first fitting...

I am wearing one and it is going to be velcroed to my veil. My dad will just have to take it off. I hope it doesn't ruin my hair

I'm going to wear the blusher going down, and then I will take my veil either completely off for the reception and just wear the tiara and put it low behind my head (my hair will be an up-do) I always had that dream from when I was little of walking down with the blusher over my face and having your Dad pull it back for you

I wore a blusher - i loved the drama of it. And it definitely did not obstruct my view and I like how the pics came out.
Definitely a matter of preference!

you know.. i never thought about it, I didn't realize it but most of the wedding pics i look at the bride isn't wearing one.. and i guess that does work out better for pics etc., but i def. might do one! i guess i'll know once i try on some veils!
