Frustrated

We sent our letter to cancel our contract at our old RH Janaury 21st, and we haven't received anything back. Now mind you, I sent 2 copies of the letter, which both FH & I signed BOTH copies, and asked for one to be sent back, with our deposit.

I waited 2 weeks, didn't get anything, emailed them, got a response after waiting like another few days, saying that they had gotten the letter, and they wished us the best of luck.

So I replied back asking if they sent anything back to us, and no response..

I made FH call LAST Friday, and they said the letter & deposit would be in the mail on this past Monday, and we haven't gotten anything.

FH JUST called about 5 mins ago.

They said 'oh well, we'll get that out' and FH said 'well we don't have it by next Friday, we wil have our lawyer contact you'





Nothing wants to go my way at allll...

anytime you mention lawyer, you'll get your money back.

I'm sorry they are being such PITA's

uck! Im sorry hun, you just cant win!

maybe the fact that you threatened attorney action will prompt them to put it in the mail!

They havent even given any explanation, maybe it has to go out in the next check run or anything??

I didn't think this place would be like this, but I guess I was wrong. Giving us a run around...

I'm changing it because it's too small for our wedding guestlist and also, we couldn't have overtime or anything because it has to be quiet at 11:30 cuz it's in a residential area...
