Frustrated with RSVPs

I received an rsvp with no name and responding to 'no'. A co-worker just told me about the number system!

Before sending out invites assign each person a number and write the number in the back of the response.

Don't let this happen to you!

Thanks for the advice! I've never heard of that before, but I'll definately do that.

i am currently in the process of addressing/stuffing envelopes - my friend that got married last year told me to do that -

here is what i did

i made a guestlist template in xcel with a guest count, and an invitation # - this way you can track it! if anyone wants the template let me know!

then on the INSIDE of the respond card (very small and in pencil) i put the corresponding #

I did it - BUT I put the # on the back of the card - OOPPPSSS.... I hope it doesnt look bad - I did it in pencil and it was small....
